ef98 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of odds and game outcomes displayed on the Platform. In the event of a material error — whether in published odds, live game data feeds, or settlement procedures — ef98 reserves the right to void affected bets and re-settle them correctly. No compensation will be paid for losses arising from manifest errors.
In the event that a game session is interrupted due to a technical failure on the ef98 Platform, the state of the game at the point of interruption will be reconstructed from server logs where possible and play resumed or the bet settled accordingly. ef98's decision in such matters is final.

An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. ef98 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of PKR 200 or the remaining account balance (whichever is lower) to dormant accounts, after providing advance written notice to the registered email address.
